How Live Screen Printing Works & The Cost

For live screen printing we create (or you can provide) four custom designs that we will print onsite during the event. Your guests will have the ability to choose between a tank top, v-neck or crew neck t-shirt offered in a variety of colors and sizes.  All designs will be printed in white ink unless another ink color is requested before event set up. 

Pricing Breakdown 

  • You Provide the designs: $25/design set up fee (up to 4 designs)
  • We create the designs: $75/design set up fee (up to 4 designs)

No other upfront cost to have us come out, we just need to hit our minimums:

Our Shirt Minimums

  • 1-5 hr event, 25 shirt minimum
  • 6-12 hr event, 50 shirt minimum
  • 12+ hr event, 75 shirt minimum
